1. I authorise Noosa Village River Resort to deduct from my credit card any unpaid amounts incurred during my stay. I also agree to pay by the same method the cost of any damage to NVRR property caused by me or any of my visitors. 2. If I stay for a period less than that for which I have booked, I will not be entitled to a refund. 3. If I check-out later than 10am, I will pay a minimum $60 late checkout fee if requested to do so. 4. I acknowledge that NVRR and its Management do not bear responsibility for any loss or theft or personal items from my apartment. Any items requiring return postage will have a fee of $25 + the cost of postage. 5. I understand that cheques, Amex and Diners Card will not be accepted as payment 6. I agree to pay any additional charges for any additional guests not included in original booking tariff. 7. I understand that if I require service outside of office hours I may be charged a call out fee 8. I agree to settle my account during office hours (Mon-Fri 8.30am to 4pm or Sat 8.30am to 1.30pm) 9. I agree to abide by the Body Corporate Bylaws including No Smoking/Vaping, No Glass in the pool, Supervision of children in the pool area, tennis courts and resort facilities/grounds and No pets. Extra Charges will be incurred for cleaning /sanitising if these aren’t adhered to. 10. I understand that Noosa Shire Council Short Term Bylaws indicate that disturbance to neighbours and fellow guests will not be tolerated. Any complaint will be acted on and guests are expected to follow directives. 11. I agree to pay a replacement fee of up to $150 if I lose or do not return all room key/s at check-out time. 12. I agree to pay a fee of $50 if the following requirements aren’t met on my departure - all dishes in dishwasher, remove rubbish and leave the apartment in a clean and tidy state. 13. I agree that should the apartment be left in such a state that it is unreasonable for occupancy and excess cleaning is required additional charges will be incurred by the responsible party or paid by the party whose name the booking is made. Minimum charge $100. 14. Excessive alcohol causing disturbance and any drug use will not be tolerated at Noosa Village River Resort and is grounds for eviction. 15. I understand that management reserves the right to evict guests for breaches of any of the above
