Deposit and Cancellation Policy Standard Deposit 30% at Booking Balance Payable 14 days prior to arrival Cancellation - You will be charged 30% of the total price if you cancel after reservation and the total price if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival. Peak * 13th September to 30th September 2024 * 13th December 2024 to 12th January 2025 * 17th to 22nd April 2025 Deposit 50% at Booking Balance Payable 42 days prior to arrival Cancellation - You will be charged 50% of the total price if you cancel after reservation and the total price if you cancel in the 42 days before arrival. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. If the apartment is re-let for the cancelled period then a refund may be made back to the guest. Unless otherwise advised by you, in writing immediately, acceptance and agreement to this Cancellation Policy is assumed. Travel Insurance We highly recommend all our guests to have an appropriate level of travel insurance. Travel insurance can be arranged by various means. If cancelled 0 - 14 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount will be forfeited / If cancelled 14 or more days before arrival, 100% of the deposit will be forfeited
