We have a choice of three Western Red Cedar Chalets, each with fully-equipped kitchens, wood fires, queen-size beds and picture windows that take in the ever-changing Frankland River. You can also choose one of our Settler Chalets, some with river glimpses, but all with everlasting experiences. For outdoor dining enthusiasts, you'll love our powered barbecue area and enjoy dining amongst native gardens and a myriad of bird life. During your stay, your front yard is the Frankland River. Abundant with fish and ideal for boating, fishing, canoeing and swimming, you will never tire of its beauty. Adjacent to your chalet is a lovely park with a boat ramp, jetty and playground for the kids. Nornalup Riverside Chalets are surrounded by many of Western Australia’s recognised natural wonders. The Franklin River winds its way through the Valley of The Giants and feeds into the spectacular Nornalup and Walpole Inlets. You can literally spend days drifting through paradise.

CANCELLATION POLICY If the cancellation is not notified until within 1 week of the arrival date, the full Deposit & Balance will be withheld. If we are able to re-book the Chalet for the full duration and value of your stay then the Deposit & Balance will be refunded less a $50 Cancellation Fee. BOOKING / DEPOSIT POLICY Off Peak Period
 - Requires a deposit of 1 Nights accommodation then full payment of Balance within 7 days of arrival. Peak Period 
- Requires a deposit of 1 Nights accommodation then full payment of Balance 8 weeks prior to arrival.
For bookings during the PEAK (eg Easter, Xmas/New Year) periods the Balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival and will be automatically deducted from the supplied credit card number.
If the booking is made less than 8 weeks prior to arrival the full amount will be deducted when the booking is made. No-Show Policy - 
No-shows will forfeit all payments. GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES The air here is pure and therefore, for the comfort and safety of all of our guests and staff, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises, or in the chalets. No fires other than inside the fireplace. Remember your neighbours are here to unwind. Please keep noise levels to a minimum as any complaints or disruptions to others may result in early termination - with no refund. Please look after our property. Damage caused by guests will be charged to those responsible. CHILD POLICY If you have a baby (under 1 year old), they can stay for free. PETS We love dogs and you are welcome to bring yours, however this must be arranged prior with our team. In your chalet, please keep your best friend off all furniture and on a lead while on the premises. A copy of our dog policy is available here and in our dog-friendly chalets. NOISE 'How's the serenity?' Nornalup is a super quiet place and 10pm is shoosh-time! Please respect the curfew, the wildlife and your neighbours. PARKING YOUR VEHICLE Please park as indicated for your chalet and your booking confirmation letter. If extra space is required for a boat or trailer, please don’t block the path for passing vehicles. WILDLIFE You know the drill - please don't (ever) feed the animals. Our wildlife does not fare well on human food. Bird feeders are located around the property and we carefully manage their contents.
