By booking through the Property Vine Website, you agree to the rate and applicable cancellation policy as displayed at the time of booking. Cancellation policies vary from rate to rate and by making a reservation, you agree that you have read and understood the applicable cancellation policy. By making a reservation, you agree that your travel is compliant with any current local government restrictions, particularly in relation to Covid-19 and agree to contact the property to make alternate arrangements if your travel does not remain compliant at the time of arrival. Current information can be found at https://www.covid19.qld.gov.au/ Where the cancellation requires pre-payment, payment will be taken from the credit card provided within 48 hours of making the reservation. Credit card surcharges of 2.9% apply for all credit or 'tap' transactions. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Valid photo ID and credit card must be presented upon check in for verification. Where express check in options are used, this must be provided electronically. Property Vine has a strict 'No Party Policy'. A copy of this is available at check in. Should you wish to review this prior to arrival, please contact the property directly. Failure to comply may result in eviction from the premises without refund. A $150 - $500 pre-authorisation will be taken on a valid credit card at check in to cover any incidentals or damages. The amount will be held in accordance with your bank's policy. This is usually 5-10 business days from the date of the transaction. Smoking is not permitted in any rooms. Additional fees, starting from $200, will apply if smoke is detected in the rooms. All special requests - such as, but not limited to; early arrival, late check out, specific views - are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Additional fees may be applicable to some special requests and will be advised if the request is able to be met.
