Each self-catering apartment contains a fully equipped kitchen, spacious lounge and living areas, king size beds, modern bathroom facilities, full laundry facilities and a private balcony. Our guest facilities include a heated outdoor lap pool, heated spa pool, children’s pool, sauna, gym, BBQ area and games room. Pool towels can be hired from reception. The apartments at Ocean Pacific Resort are not serviced daily, however a starter pack of tea, coffee and milk is provided upon your arrival, along with towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher powder and laundry powder. Extra supplies can be obtained from reception during reception hours. Stays of 8 nights or longer are serviced mid-stay. We offer 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, each decorated with stylish furnishings and fittings. Our 1 bedroom apartments sleep 2 people and our 2 bedroom apartments sleep 4 people. 1 extra person can be added per apartment at an additional cost. Our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom family apartments have a bath in the second bathroom. We offer free Wi-Fi, free parking, 24 hour on site management, 24 hour check-in and CCTV surveillance. A surcharge applies for Visa/Mastercard (1%) or American Express (2.95%). Ocean Pacific does not accept cash for accommodation payments at the resort for security reasons. Guests can pay via credit card or Debit Cards or via direct bank deposit, if payment made prior to due date (no fees apply for direct deposit), Should you wish to pay by direct deposit, please contact Ocean Pacific for bank account details. Please note if paying by direct credit bank transfer, funds MUST be received in our account prior to the payment due date. Please note: Ocean Pacific Resort requires a pre-authorisation of $200.00 by credit card on your arrival at the resort for any miscellaneous charges and key security for ALL room types. We also require photo ID and the credit card (used to pay for the reservation) on arrival. Ocean Pacific Resort enforces a no party policy, which may result in eviction with all monies forfeited for those who choose to ignore this policy. Ocean Pacific Resort also advises that it is not adequately resourced to provide the level of security and supervision normally expected in a resort accepting Schoolies. We take the wellbeing of our guests and their families very seriously and as such, wish to advise that, as a duty of care to all guests, we do not permit the check-in of any guest or group of guests attending the “Schoolies Event”. If you are visiting the Gold Coast for the Schoolies event (this applies to the dates in November and December 2021 and 2022), we strongly urge you to select alternative accommodation. Should it be identified that any guest/s are intending to stay at Ocean Pacific Resort for the purposes of celebrating Schoolies, then Ocean Pacific Resort reserves the right to refuse check-in and 100% of the cost of the accommodation will be forfeited by the resort unless agreed otherwise by management. We welcome any contact to discuss their impending stay prior to purchasing if clarification is required. GROUP BOOKING PROCESS: For multi-room bookings OR a combination of single or multi-room bookings are made that individually or combined, exceed FOUR (4) or MORE rooms/apartments, online rates and inventory do not apply and you should contact the resort directly for confirmation of the rate, availability and any special conditions. Generally, group bookings require a deposit ($200 low season or $500 other times) per apartment to hold the reservation however you will be advised to assist you in your decision. Final payment for groups is usually required 30 days prior to arrival along with name lists for room occupants. Cancellations/amendments can be made prior to 30 days before arrival however, penalties will apply if cancelled/amended 30 days or less before arrival. Other guest requirements (eg group pre-registration, parking or specific requirements can also be arranged and discussed when processed in this manner). The resort reserves the right to reject any booking/bookings that do not apply this policy.
