COVID-19 Information Please note that cancellation policies at management discretion will amended if you are directly effected by a Government directed Covid Policy i.e. Hotspot, Border Closure etc. Please note: If booking Pre-Payment Special the full amount will be taken as deposit 42 Days prior to arrival.. CANCELLATION/AMENDMENT & PAYMENT POLICY GENERAL Bookings may be cancelled or modified up to 14 days before arrival date free of charge. Payment for Accommodation will be charged on the 14th day Prior to Arrival. If cancelled or modified after this, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. For bookings made within 14 days of arrival the full tariff will be charged on booking. PEAK PERIODS If cancelled or modified up to 28 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. Payment for Accommodation will be charged on the 28th day Prior to Arrival. If cancelled or modified later, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. For bookings made within 28 days of arrival the full tariff will be charged on booking. Travel Insurance We highly recommend you have an appropriate level of travel insurance. Unless otherwise advised by you, in writing immediately, acceptance and agreement to this Cancellation Policy is assumed.
