Cancellations – Booking.com, Expedia, On-Line Agent Bookings: - Refer to the conditions attached to your reservation from your travel provider. Please note: Oshen is unable to modify or cancel your reservation! $25 admin fee applies to cancelation through 3rd party channels. Cancellation: direct bookings. Payment for stays will be processed 14 days prior to arrival. The credit card will be held as guarantee against any incidental charges that may be incurred during your stay. Cancellations are free if cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival, If the cancelation is less than 14 days prior to arrival, the total cost of the accommodation is payable. Cancellations within 14 is up to the discretion of Oshen Yeppoon Pty Ltd based on exceptional circumstances. Any cancellation within 14 must be received by email as soon as possible. Deposit: Full cost of accommodation payable 14 days prior to arrival Check in 2:00pm, check out 10:00am. Early check-in & late check-out is subject to availability – charges may apply. Oshen Reception is closed from Saturday 12pm, Sundays and Public Holidays. Villa Mar Colina Reception is operated from Oshen Apartments. Arrivals at Villa Mar Colina All keys will be ready for your arrival in the Key Safe. The code will be emailed or texted prior your arrival. Departure. Please leave the keys in the Express Check Out Key Dropbox. After Hours Check in: Should you be arriving outside of business hours, please contact reception prior to 3pm on day of arrival for afterhours check in procedure or advise of your arrival time in the Special Requests section. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Only the number of persons included on the booking form may stay in the apartment overnight. All bed and bathroom linen are provided. A mid-stay linen change is available for bookings of 7 nights or more. Should the apartment not be left in a reasonably clean and tidy state on departure, any cleaning costs above and beyond the normal will be charged to guests. No animals or pets are to be brought into the complex as per government health regulations/Oshen Body Corp By-laws. Rates shown are per night and subject to change. Please Note: All our apartments are privately owned and therefore furnishings and fixtures may vary from the images published on this site. This property has a No Party Policy. This property will not accommodate hen, bucks or similar parties. Age restriction – The minimum age for check-in is 18. Quiet hours – Guests must be quiet between 22:00 and 07:00. Oshen Holiday Apartments is a NO SMOKING – NO VAPING Complex – Oshen provides a designated Smoking Area (Smoking Terrace) details provided on arrival (please enquire at Reception). Parking, one car park per apartment only. No trailers, boats or jet skis in Oshen carpark areas. Villa Mar Colina has garages. Privacy We are committed to protecting your privacy. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies, we will delete or correct it promptly.
