Cancellation Policy Direct Booking OFF PEAK * Cancellations made up to 14 days prior to arrival will incur a $50 administration fee * For cancellations within 14 days of your arrival, the full deposit will be forfeited. * Cancellations on the day of arrival or in the case of a 'No Show' will result in a 100% forfeiture of the booking cost. Direct Bookings PEAK * Cancellations made up to 90 days of arrival will incur a $165 administration fee * No refund of deposits paid 90 prior to arrival * Cancellations on the day of arrival or in the case of a 'No Show' will result in a 100% forfeiture of the booking cost. In the unlikely event that the apartment(s) you’ve booked becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the booking, offering a full refund with no further obligation.
