1. For individual bookings, 48 hours cancellation policy applies. Full payment will be processed on the booking credit card 3 days prior to arrival. 2. For group bookings of more than 5 rooms, 7 days cancellation policy applies. 3.No animals or pets are allowed. No smoking in the room. Bringing pets or smoking in the room will occur with an additional cleaning fee subject to the conditions of the room; 4. Check-in time is 2pm, Check-out time is 10am. Early check-in or late check-out can be required but cannot be guaranteed, charges may apply. 5. Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible; 6. The apartment is to be left in a similar condition on exit as was found unpon entry; 7. The guest acknowledge joint and several liability for all services rendered until full settlement of bills 8.
