CHECK-OUT Until 10:00am CANCELLATION POLICY Paradise Isles adopts the following practice when dealing with cancellation of a holiday booking. All group bookings of 3 apartments or more regardless of season booked will be bound by the high season cancellation policy. HIGH SEASON If the booking is cancelled 28 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee of $100.00 per apartment. If the booking is cancelled less than 28 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An administration fee of $100.00 per apartment will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded. MID & LOW SEASON If the booking is cancelled 14 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less and administration fee of $100.00 per apartment. If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An administration fee of $100.00 per apartment will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded. SHORT NOTICE BOOKINGS Where a booking is made less than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An administration fee of $100.00 per apartment will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded. CONFIRMED BOOKINGS A booking that has not been confirmed until payment has been received in full on booking. The administration fee covers the cost of processing the booking, receipting and banking the money, cancelling the booking from the system, drawing the refund cheque, mailing the refund cheque with a covering letter and meeting bank charges. CHILDREN AND EXTRA BEDS All children are welcome. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Please note a twin bedding configuration is available for an additional charge. It can be requested in the Special Requests Box at the time of booking. Not all apartments have sofa beds, please request if this is required. PAYMENT Paradise Isles accepts VISA, MasterCard & EFTPOS and reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival. This property does not accept payments with American Express credit cards PETS Pets are not allowed NO PARTY POLICY Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period.
