1. Payment for Accommodation: As part of our booking policy, we will charge the card on file for the total cost of your accommodation at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled check-in time. Please make sure that the provided card has sufficient funds to cover the charges. Please note that we don't accept cash payments. 2. Damage Deposit: To uphold the high standards of our accommodations, we request a damage deposit of $100. This deposit will be secured via a card provided during the check-in process over the phone. It's crucial to understand that this deposit will only be charged in the event of any damages discovered following your check-out. Additionally, it's worth noting that if the nature of the damage exceeds the $100 deposit, additional charges may apply. 3. Self-Check-in Procedure: Paramount Motel operates as a self-check-in facility, which means there is no reception available on-site. To complete your check-in, we kindly ask you to follow these steps: a. Before your arrival, please send your photo ID and a photograph of the card that you used to pay for the accommodation exposing ONLY the NAME and the LAST FOUR DIGITS of the card to hello@paramountmotel.com.au. This ID should match the name of the primary guest on the reservation and the card used to pay for the accommodation. - if you have questions, please call us at 0730672418. b. Additionally, please email the last four digits of the credit or debit card used to pay for the accommodation. This information is required for verification purposes. 4. Confirmation and Check-in Details: Once we receive your email with the required documents, our team will confirm your check-in. We will send you a confirmation email with detailed instructions on how to access your room. This email will typically be sent to you at 3pm on your check-in time. IMPORTANT: Kindly provide us with your estimated time of arrival.
