1. Bookings and Payments: Please note: it is recommended to secure Travel Insurance. All cancellations: A deposit (one night) is taken at time of booking, with the balance due 7 days prior to arrival. If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days prior, to the planned arrival date, total cost of the reservation will be forfeit. In the event the booking is cancelled 7 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less the $40 administration fee. Easter – Christmas – School Holidays – A 50% deposit is taken at time of booking with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the planned arrival date, 50% of the total booking cost will be charged. You must provide a Valid credit card on arrival, this may be used to cover incidental items including but not limited to telephone charges, security bond or deposit for any breakages or damage incurred during your stay or cleaning charges in excess of the normal level of cleaning. Breakages, damages, or any loss of property must be reported to management. Charges may apply and, if so, settled prior to departure. There is no refund for an early departure. Pavillions on 1770 reserves the right to not accept any bookings at management’s discretion. 2. General Conditions: After Hours Check in: Should you be arriving outside of business hours, please contact reception prior to 3pm on day of arrival for afterhours check in procedure or advise of your arrival time in the Special Requests section. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Only the number of persons included on the booking form may stay in the apartment overnight. All bed and bathroom linen is provided. A mid-stay linen change is available for bookings of 7 nights or more. Should the apartment not be left in a reasonably clean and tidy state on departure, any cleaning costs above and beyond the normal will be charged to guests. No animals or pets are to be brought into the complex as per government health regulations/Pavillions on 1770 Body Corp By-laws. Check in 2:00pm, check out 10:00am. Early check-in & late check-out is subject to availability – charges may apply. Rates shown are per night and subject to change. Please Note: All our apartments are privately owned and therefore furnishings and fixtures may vary from the images published on this site. This property has a No Party Policy. This property will not accommodate hen, bucks, or similar parties. Age restriction – The minimum age for check-in is 18 Quiet hours – Guests must be quiet between 22:00 and 07:00. Pavillions on 1770 permits SMOKING & VAPING on balcony only (windows are door to be closed) provides a designated Smoking Area (Smoking Terrace) details provided on arrival (please enquire at Reception). Parking, one car park per 2-bedroom apartment and two car parking spaces for 3-bedroom apartments only. No trailers, boats, or jet skis in Pavillions on 1770 carpark areas. Height is 1.95m. Keys lost or not returned on checkout will incur a $170 fee – locking yourself out of apartment after hours will incur a $150 call out fee Any damage over the amount of $500 may result in a report lodged with the Police If the premises are damaged due to accidental, negligence or wilful act of the guest or invitees the premises will be repaired by us at the cost of the register guest 3.
