Cancellation Policy Bookings with deposits booked direct (email, phone, booking form): If the booking is cancelled 14 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee $50. If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund issued. The Credit card used for the booking will need to be in the same name as the booking name and will be sighted at check in. There are NO refunds for early departures. Confirmed Bookings: A booking that has not been confirmed by a deposit or a credit card is not guaranteed. The full payment of accommodation will be taken 14 days prior to check in.
