Terms, conditions and privacy policy CANCELLATION/AMENDMENT & PAYMENT POLICY GENERAL Bookings may be cancelled or modified up to 7 days before arrival date free of charge. Payment for Accommodation will be charged on the 7th day Prior to Arrival. If cancelled or modified after this, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. For bookings made within 7 days of arrival the full tariff will be charged on booking. Costs for Folder bed would be at $35 per night Costs for Cots higher would be at $15 per night PEAK PERIODS 13th December 2024 - 12th January 2025 18th April 2025 - 21st April 2025 If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. Payment for Accommodation will be charged on the 30th day Prior to Arrival. If cancelled or modified later, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. For bookings made within 30 days of arrival the full tariff will be charged on booking. If the apartment is re-let for the cancelled period, then a refund may be made back to the guest. RAFFLES IS A SMOKE FREE COMPLEX - NO SMOKING/VAPING IN APARTMENTS, ON BALCONIES, IN GARDENS, OR COMMON GROUNDS INCLUDING POOL/BBQ AREA. DUE TO RISK OF FIRE - CHARGING OF E-SCOOTERS & E-BIKES IS NOT PERMITTED ANYWHERE WITHIN THE COMPLEX. Travel Insurance We highly recommend you have an appropriate level of travel insurance.
