TERMS & CONDITIONS Please read these conditions carefully. Your reservation confirms that you agree that these conditions apply and extend to you and any person (collectively referred to as “Guests”) occupying or visiting the apartment or complex and/or using the facilities in the complex at your invitation or with your authority. Guests are reminded of the Provisions and Limitations of the Traveller Accommodation Providers (Liability) Act 2001 (QLD). Guests agree to abide by the House Rules and building by-laws of the body corporate. The Traveller Accommodation Providers (Liability) Act can be viewed here: https://www.legislation.qld.gov.au/view/pdf/2001-08-01/act-2001-037. A copy of the House Rules or Building By Laws are available at Reception. Guests who breach the House Rules (including those listed below) may be required to depart at the discretion of the manager. Guests are to behave in a manner that does not interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of the complex by all other guests and residents. No Animals or pets are to be bought onto the complex. You authorise Maintenance/Housekeeping staff access to the accommodation unit as necessary. Please note the following additional charges will be automatically added to your account to be settled prior to departure, or deducted from your security bond, or charged to your credit card (you authorise the use of any credit card as recorded upon making the reservation, on arrival, during/post stay to cover such charges). $120 callout fee to attend to a complaint about excessive noise, nuisance behaviour, general disturbances or room lockouts. $70 charge to replace unreturned, lost or stolen room keys. Costs as charged by local Fire & Rescue Authority for attending to unnecessary fire alarms Costs to replace any items found to be missing from the unit. Additional cleaning charges if the unit is left in an untidy manner (including kitchen items unwashed and rubbish not removed) or if there is evidence that guests have smoked in the room. $20 to replace unreturned umbrellas (each) hired from Reception. Any applicable charges associated with changes to original booking conditions. The full balance of tours, transfers, additional goods/products and services as booked on your behalf by Regal Port Douglas. The accommodation rate is agreed upon and no alterations will be made during or after your stay. Please check the accommodation rate and resolve any questions with Reception prior to arrival. There is no refund for early departure. Specific apartments or studios are not guaranteed and are on a request basis only. There is no refund for early departure. You agree to be liable for all charges and agree to be held personally liable in the event any indicated person, company or association fails to pay for part or the full amount of such charges.
