Also, near Wickham Terrace. A quick 25-minute taxi ride from Brisbane Airport or a 5-minute walk from Central Rail Station or 15-minutes from Roma Street Station. A 12-minute walk to the RNA or Ekka Showgrounds. Also near several hospitals including the Brisbane Dental Hospital, Brisbane Dental College, Royal Children’s Hospital, the Holy Spirit Hospital, the Mater Private Hospital and Pricess Alexandra Hospital (the PA Brisbane). Also near the Royal Brisbane Hospital & Women’s Hospital, near Brisbane Private Hospital and near the Queensland Eye Hospital. St Andrew’s Hospital at the top of Wickham Terrace, in Spring Hill is a 5-minute taxi ride away.

Deposit / Payment Policy Please note that once the booking is confirmed by email, your credit card will be charged for the first night's accommodation only - and held as a deposit. The remaining accommodation will be charged on your arrival. (AMEX and DINERS cards incur a non refundable surcharge of 4%.) On arrival at Republic Apartments guests will be asked to provide a valid credit card plus a Drivers Licence for identification. In addition a credit card bond of $300 will be required to cover any incidental charges, including but not limited to, excess cleaning charges and the security of apartments and keys. Guests arriving outside our office hours are required to contact Republic Apartments direct prior to arrival to provide credit card details. Guests unable to meet these check-in requirements will not be granted access to our apartments and no refund will be made. Advance purchase rates: Full payment is taken at time of booking. No refund or changes applicable to this rate. NO PARTY POLICY Please note that in order to ensure that all our guests enjoy their stay Republic Apartments has a strict 'No Party and No Gathering Policy'. Persons violating this by-law will be made to vacate immediately. On check-in guests will be asked to provide a valid credit card and Drivers Licence or similar identification. A bond may be requested from guests. Cancellation Policy Standard rate: 48 hours notice. Alterations or cancellations to the arrival or departure date, if made less than 48 hours prior to arrival or departure, will incur one night's accommodation, as a cancellation fee. In the case of bookings made less than 48 hours prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of the first night's accommodation charged will apply. AMEX and Diners card surcharege is non-refundable.
