Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Eftpos and cash payment. 1.5% credit card surcharge applies for all Visa and Mastercard transactions. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days from your check in day, a $50 administration and processing fee will be retained and the balance of your deposit will be refunded to your credit card. If you cancel less than 30 days and before 7days prior to your check in date, your deposit is non refundable. If you cancel less than 7 days from arrival, Sandcastles has the right to charge the entire amount of your stay. If you have phoned us and booked Direct with Sandcastles and you have been advised that we will take full payment on check in - no deposit is required and we will offer you a free cancellation.
