Terms & Conditions

Bookings Terms and Conditions Deposit and Cancellation Policy: A $200.00 deposit will be taken at the time of booking to confirm your reservation with us, the balance is processed on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged and confirmed with our office. During high season the balance will be due 14 days prior to check in. Cancellation Policy: Low Season - if booking is cancelled within 48 hours prior to arrival your $200.00 booking deposit will not be refunded. Mid & High Seasons: If booking is cancelled within 7 days arrival no refund will apply. All cancellation must be received in writing.. Checking In Procedures As a small property our office is not always manned, we won't be faraway. If you are arriving after 4.00pm Monday to Friday and 2pm Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays can you please let us know as we have a secure and fast after-hours procedure. If you can please ensure we have your mobile number prior to your arrival so we can ensure we can send you these details. Early check-ins will be accommodate as best as possible subject to availabilty. Please do not hesitate to contact our office about early and late checkouts. Charges may apply. Sandcastles Bargara has a strict no party policy in place. Guests found creating excessive noise and not abiding by this policy will be asked to leave the property with no refund offered. We also have maximum occupancy per apartment in line with Queensland Fire Regulations.
