Seascape Holidays' Terms and Conditions Cancellation Policy Please note that we highly recommend travel insurance to be taken at the time of booking. If your reservation is cancelled within the cancellation policy please be advised that the full amount of your booking will be forfeited. No refunds will be given for shortened length of stays, this includes guests who have been removed from the property due to a breach in house rules. Account Settlement We require a credit card for all reservations, this is to be used as guarantee on your booking and will be kept on file for the duration of your stay. The balance of your accommodation will be charged to the nominated credit card at either 7 or 30 days. If you wish to settle your account with an alternative card or by other means, please contact us prior to organise this. All other charges on the room account are to be settled on departure. Check In Instructions We request for you to check into our office on Owen Street (Across the Road from the Post Office), our office is only located a short distance from your apartment. You will turn off the highway onto Port Douglas Road this become Davidson Street. At the end of Davidson Street you will turn left onto Macrossan Street and then take the first right onto Owen Street. Once we check you in we will direct you to the apartment. Note: If you are staying at Driftwood Mantaray please check in at the Driftwood Mantaray office at 65-67 Macrossan Street. Seascape Holidays Office Our office is open from 9am until 5pm weekdays and from 10am until 3pm on weekends and public holidays, if you will be arriving outside of these hours could you please advise us so that we can organise an after hours check in for you.
