Apartments are self contained with linen provided as well as a tea/ coffee/ toiletries starter pack. Apartments are not serviced daily - for stays of 7 nights or longer there is a full service offered mid stay. Undercover off street parking is provided behind the units, or larger 2 & 3 bedroom Apartments come with their own lock up garage. A deposit equivalent to one nights accommodation is payable upon booking. The booking is only confirmed subject to the deposit being processed and room availability. Bookings for high seasons stays may incur a higher deposit. Guests will be required to pay the remaining balance of accommodation on arrival. NB: Mastercard/ Visa credit cards will incur a 1.5% surcharge. A valid credit card must be provided to Shingley Beach Resort at the time of check-in. A registration form detailing extra charges applicable for any room damages or excessive cleaning fees is required to be signed upon check in. Please note: 'Limited Time Offer' special deals are non-refundable. Payment is required in AUD. Quotes in other currency are estimates only, current at the time of viewing. Quotes issued are valid for 72 hours and are an estimate only, prices will be confirmed once payment is required for confirmation of booking. Check-in time is from 2.00 pm and check out 10.00 am. Reception hours are 8.30am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 1:00pm Saturday & Sunday. Please advise us if your arrival time is outside of these hours so we may make further arrangements for your late check-in. Additional extras available on direct request only:- Sofa/Trundle Bed & Linen Pack $35.00 + GST extra per night Cot Hire $10 + GST per night High Chair $10 + GST per night Daily luggage storage $10 + GST per day Late Check out *subject to availability up to 4pm $35.00 + GST Airport transfers are available to be booked for your convenience, the charge is placed on your accommodation account to pay on arrival. Return transfer prices are Adults $42.00, children 0-12 $21.00. 1 Way Prices are Adults $25.00, children 0-12 $18.00, Infants 0-2 require forward or rear facing child seats for safety, please specify whether rear facing or forward facing at the time of booking, it is suggested children between the ages 2-4 travel in a booster seat which incurs an additional $5 fee, please specify if required at the time of booking. All bookings incur a $5.50 surcharge to be placed on the account. Any charges that have not been settled in person at reception at the time of check out will be automatically be charged to the credit card provided. Non Party Policy - No Schoolies Policy • Any situation where the number of people in the apartment exceeds the number of registered guests. • Any situation where the noise from the apartment is deemed to be excessive, disturbing other guests and/apartment residents. • Any situation whereby excessive traffic to/from the apartment • Any situation where it is deemed that excessive intoxication is occurring or alcohol is present The (Schoolies) Festival takes place during the last two weeks of November. Shingley Beach Resort is in no way affiliated with the Schoolies festival and we do not accept bookings for or on behalf of Schoolies. We reserve the right to refuse any booking or evict any persons who are deemed to be attending Schoolies or are groups of school leavers. This policy applies in conjunction with our No Party Policy. Shingley Beach Resort is not equipped to provide the extended level of service, and or security required for Schoolies patrons and cannot provide the additional safety measures necessary for Schoolies. ________________________________________________________________________________ CANCELLATION: Guests may cancel free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival date. If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit paid will not be refunded. This policy extends to 14 days prior to arrival for peak season Christmas & Easter period bookings. In the case of a non-refundable booking, no monies will be refunded. No Shows or arrival day cancellations incur a 100% cancellation fee charged and the full amount of the booking (including any expenses incurred for services such as tours, transfers, etc) less any amount already paid will have to be forfeit to Shingley Beach Resort. Should any monies be agreed to be refunded to you based the above clauses payment, amendment, and cancellation policies, Shingley Beach Resort reserves the right to elect the mode of payment for the refund of the monies.
