slow. simple. luxuries. If you are anything like us, you will love visiting our stays. We travel slowly. We like to connect with a place and the people who live there. We prefer to ease into our day, with coffee in bed, yoga on the deck or a stroll. We like to spend our days exploring; hiking, swimming, bike riding, sailing, or when the mood strikes, enjoying a picnic on the beach or lazing by the pool. Our nights could be spent making new friends at the local, or simply relaxing under the stars with a wine, reading, or soaking in a warm tub. We try to keep things simple. Travel should be a joy and not stressful. We do all that we can to make sure every aspect of our stays, from arrival to departure, is easy and simple. We love a bit of luxury. We appreciate attention to detail and thoughtful touches. While we like exploring the path less traveled, and being off-grid, we still like to indulge in little luxuries. We love nothing more than, early check-ins and late check-outs, arrival treats, hotel bed linen, boutique hand wash and lotions, a good movie on a big screen, or an in-house massage. We are hosts. Having had the pleasure of staying in some of the most wonderful hosted homes around the world, we now feel fortunate to provide accommodation that reflects everything that we value in a short term stay. We want you to enjoy your time away and make the most of what each property has to offer.

Terms & Conditions

By confirming your booking you accept the following Terms & Conditions: I/We hereby acknowledge and agree that the Property Owner and Agent will not be held responsible nor liable for: Any injury or loss suffered by you/your guests caused whilst in occupancy of the accommodation due to failure to comply with the Term and Conditions. Any injury or loss suffered by you/your guests caused due to negligence on your/their part. This includes you/your guests not following the house rules, instructions or directions laid out in the House Manual. Any injury or loss suffered by you/your guests arising out of or in connection with use of the facilities and activities offered. Any injury or loss suffered by you/your guests caused as a result of wildlife in or around the accommodation site. All occupants are to take specific care at all time and requested not to approach any wildlife under any circumstances. INDEMNITY You, the guest, indemnify the Property Owner and Agent against any liability for damage, injury or loss to person or property where damage, injury or loss has been contributed to or caused by any act or occasion of you/your guests. Management reserves the right to update these Terms + Conditions when required at their discretion. PAYMENT TERMS 100% of the booking cost is to be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to arrival. Bookings are not confirmed until full payment is received. CANCELLATION POLICY Check you specific booking for its cancellation policy. Bookings with a FLEXIBLE cancelation policy allows for free cancellation up to 1 days(s) before arrival. If cancelling within 1 day(s) before arrival, 100% of the total booking will be charged. Bookings with a MODERATE cancelation policy allows for free cancellation up to 5 days(s) before arrival. If cancelling within 5 day(s) before arrival, 100% of the total booking will be charged. COVID POLICY If you are unwell, self-isolating or quarantining, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options. THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS If you have booked via Airbnb, Booking.com or Stayz, their Terms and Conditions apply to your stay. NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS All accommodation must be used for private/residential use only and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking confirmation, including infants and children. No events or parties may be conducted at the property. Exceeding the stated number of guests (including infants and children) will result in a termination of booking and you being required to vacate the property immediately without refund. Charges for additional guests will be debited to your Credit Card without further notice. If the amount owing is above the amount held by us you hereby accept this liability. ROOMS Where you are booking for a set number of rooms, you must only use the number of rooms on your booking confirmation. If it is found that additional rooms have been used, you will be liable for the cost if the additional rooms plus the cleaning fee to service them. NOISE Please be respectful of our neighbours at all times and keep noise to a minimum. If complaints are received you may be required to vacate the premises with no further notice or refund. CLEANING All bookings are accepted on the basis that occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with these terms and conditions. A professional clean will be carried out on check-out and the cost is built into your total booking amount. Mid-stay cleans and a change of linen are available upon request for additional fees. If the property is found to be left in an unreasonable state at check-out, there may be excess cleaning charges applied. Please leave the property in a neat and tidy state. VISITORS If you wish to have a visitor/s to the property during your stay you must send a message and request permission. Without prior permission, there are no visitors permitted on the property. The tenants are responsible for the behaviour and actions of their visitors whilst on the premises. PETS We do not accommodate pets on the property. DAMAGE Whilst you are in occupation, you are responsible for any breakages and damage caused to the property, its furniture, fittings, or any consequent loss suffered by the Property Owner/Agent. Any such breakages, damage or loss must be reported immediately. Failure to comply with this condition will result in a debit of any such costs and expenses to your credit card or security deposit without further notice. SMOKING There is no smoking inside or outside at the property. If there is evidence of such including a smoke odour you will be charged a fee of $500 to cover the cleaning of curtains, rugs and air-conditioning sterilisation. RIGHT TO REFUSE OR REVOKE BOOKINGS The Agent and the Owner reserve the right to revoke or refuse to honour any property accommodation booking which may in the opinion of either party and at their sole discretion, be unsuitable for the Property concerned.
