Terms and Conditions 1. If the booking is non-refundable, the guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel at any time. If the guest doesn't show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation. We will collect the prepayment of the total price from the guest at the time of booking. 2. If the booking is flexible, the guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival. If the guest doesn't show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation. We will collect the prepayment of the total price from the guest before free cancellation ends. 3. Cancellation exceptions. 3.1 Grace Period: No fees charged for bookings cancelled within 4 hours of booking 3.2 Advance Cancellation: No fees charged for bookings cancelled 12 weeks before arrival 4. Guest capacity and bed hiring For safety and comfort, please respect guest limit per room. We provide cot hire and bed hire. 4.1 Travelling foldable cot is available for hire for children up to and including 1 year old stay for AUD 33.00 per person per night. 4.2 Foldable single bed + foam mattress + one set of linen is available for hire for people 12 years old and over stay for AUD 66.00 per person. 5. Check-in and check-out times Check-in from 14:00 to 17:00 (Self Help Late Check-in available) Check-out from 08:30 to 10:00 Early Check-in and Late check-out cannot be guaranteed and may attract fees. 6. Houserules 6.1 Smoking in the room is not allowed. Smoking on the balcony is allowed. 6.2 Pets are not allowed. 6.3 Parties/events are not allowed. 6.4 Quiet hours are between 20:00 and 09:00. 7. Damage Policy Guests pay a damage deposit of AUD200 upon arrival. The deposit will be held on pre-authorisation. After the check-out inspection and return of the keys, if not damage is identified, no charges will apply. The pre-authorisation will be cancelled. Charges will only apply if damage is found.
