Sundeck beach front apartments have recently refurbished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartments are ideally suited to those who love the beach, like to live in comfort or are health counscious. The open plan layout and beachfront balconies welcome the eastern seabreeze into your living room. Our Sunshine Coast beach apartments are spacious and perfect for a family vacation with large lounge area, Austar, air conditioning and we can provide internet service. The kitchen has everything you need to be self sufficient. We have some apartments set up especially for healthy accommodation with chlorine free shower and spring drinking water, luxurious organic cotton bedding and non allergenic products used to clean and supplied for kitchen, laundry & personal use. Perfect location, facilities and accommodation for healthy holiday, personal health retreat, weekend getaway or romantic escape.
CONDITIONS OF BOOKING &OCCUPANCY 1. OFFICE HOURS: 9.00 AM TO 5.00 PM MON-SAT, 9.00 TO 2.00 SUN 2. CAR PARKS: Please use allocated car space only & see reception if this taken. 3. TOWELS: are for in room use only (not pool or beach) A charge will be incurred for missing or stained towels 4. DEPARTURE CLEANING. Please ensure the Apartment is left clean and tidy, all rubbish removed to bin room. Please wrap any loose or offensive materials such as nappies, cat litter or the likely thoroughly before placing it in the bins. (in carpark opposite entrance gate), dishes washed and put away. Failure to comply will incur an additional cleaning charge of $35 per hour, which will be charged to credit card. 5. CHECK OUT TIME IS 10.00AM. See reception day for other arrangements. NOTE: Late checkout without prior arrangement will incur a charge of $30 per hour. 6. The signing guest will be liable for payment of any charges incurred by any Guest together with all replacements and necessary costs for any damage or loss to the apartment and its contents or the Body Corporate property. 7. The apartment must not be used for any unlawful purpose. 8. Only the number of people shown on the receipt may stay in the apartment overnight 9. No animals or pets may be brought onto the complex 10. Neither the Body Corporate, Manager or apartment owner is liable for any damage or loss of property which a Guest may sustain while on the complex 11. The by-laws, rules and regulations of the complex and direction of the manager must be complied with. The apartment must be vacated if the Guest fails to comply with the warning. 12. There is no refund for early departures. The Manager may inspect the apartment at any time with reasonable notice and any time without notice if the Manager feels it is necessary. 13. If you smoke in the room there will be a $50 cleaning fee added to your visa card for de-odorizing. (we advertise non-smoking apartments & attract chemically sensitive guests) 14. The guest authorizes the Manager to charge any credit card for any loss, damage or monetary contribution for which any Guest is liable. 15. SUNDECK GARDENS IS A SMOKE FREE AREA. Penalties apply. NOTE FOR ROOF TOPS - Children must be supervised at all times - No High heel shoes or sharp edged furniture to be taken onto roof top Sundeck Gardens adopts the following practice when dealing with cancellation of a holiday booking HIGH SEASON If a booking is cancelled 28 days or more prior to the planned arrival date, there will be a full refund less an administration fee of$60. If the booking is cancelled less than 28 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re- let for the total duration of the original booking. An administration fee of $60 will be deducted from the deposit before the remainder is refunded. MID AND LOW SEASON If the booking is cancelled 14 days or more prior to the planned arrival date, there will be a full refund less an administration fee of $60. If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re- let for the total duration of the original booking. An administration fee of $60 will be deducted from the deposit before the remainder is refunded Short Notice BOOKINGS When a booking is made less than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An administration fee of $60 will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded. CONFIRMED BOOKINGS A booking that has not been confirmed by a deposit being paid is not guaranteed. A deposit of $200 will confirm a one week booking during mid and low seasons. A deposit of $500 will confirm a one week booking in high season. The balance of the tariff is due on arrival (or such other time as stated). The administration fee covers the cost of processing the booking, receipting and banking the money, cancelling the booking in the booking system, drawing the refund cheque, mailing the refund cheque with a covering letter and meeting bank charges.
