Please read these conditions carefully. On checking-in, each person acknowledges and agrees that these conditions apply and extend to any person occupying or visiting the complex and/ or using the facilities in the complex at the invitation of or with the authority of the Guest: Accommodation charges must be made before occupancy commences unless special prior arrangements have been made. Check-in time: from 2pm Check-out time: by 10am No refund for early departures. Reception hours: 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday; 8:30am to midday Saturday. Please contact us on 07 5446 1039 for instructions if arriving outside of office hours. A valid credit card or cash security deposit may be required upon check-in to guarantee payment of any incidental charge. Only the number of people shown on the receipt and/or registered guests may stay in the apartment overnight. Apartments are fully self-contained and self-catering with air conditioning in lounge/dining area and ceiling fans in bedrooms. A basic convenience kit is supplied for your first night. Linen is provided for your stay. Stays over 8 nights will receive a mid-stay linen change. Beach and pool towels are available for hire. Specific apartment requests will be considered but cannot be guaranteed. All apartments are on the first and second floor, accessible by stairs only. Our complex and all apartments are smoke-free, including balconies. We have a No Party policy and in consideration of other guests, outdoor noise must cease by 9pm. Animals or pets are not to be brought onto the premises, with the exception of guide dogs. Guests and their visitors must comply with the by-laws, rules and regulations of the complex and any reasonable direction by the Manager. Please report any loss, damage or breakages to the apartment or Body Corporate property to reception immediately. The guest authorises the Manager to apply charges incurred by the guest, together with all replacements and necessary costs for damage or loss, to the credit card provided at their discretion. Neither the Body Corporate, the Management nor the apartment owner is liable for any loss, damage or destruction to any personal property/motor vehicle which the guest or invitee may sustain while on the complex. Secured parking is available for one vehicle per apartment.
