Tahmoor Inn
The Tahmoor Inn is located just south of the local shopping centre. We are set on seven acres, have fourteen motel rooms and are the largest hotel in the area. We have recently rebuilt and refurbished the interior of the hotel to create a modern feel with great food, a good selection of beer and wine, warm hospitality and a friendly atmosphere. The Tahmoor Inn is the perfect venue to enjoy a quiet drink, plan your next function, catch up with friends or make new ones.
Damage due to smoking in rooms- all rooms are non-smoking . Room degradation (such as vomit, bodily waste, general damage, pet/animal, excessive cleaning and rubbish) Stolen or damaged room items. Lost or stolen keys $50 replacement. Any problem sufficient to result in the room being withdrawn from availability to be let eg. in an unsaleable condition extra daily room tariffs may be charged at the discretion of managers. Refusal of Entry Managers reserve the right to refuse return guests who have caused damage or disruption to the motel or its guests on a previous stay and or guests who have evicted from other accommodation providers for same reasons or criminal behaviour. Underage guests are not permitted unless accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian for the duration of their stay. Tenancy Regardless of your stay there is no tenancy or other rights created under any laws and there are no such laws that apply to your stay. We grant you the licence to stay in our rooms for the time of the occupancy stated. Occupancy & Party Policy Only the number of people designated on booking or check in may stay in the room overnight. Any extra people will be advised to leave. In the interests of quiet enjoyment and respect for all guests staying at the property there is a no party policy. The motel room is not to be used as a gathering place for partying or the like or any unlawful purpose. Any disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. Eviction Managers reserve the right to evict guests who have caused or are causing damage or disruption to the motel or guests. if the occupancy ends or is terminated the guest must immediately vacate the premises. The manager is authorised to do whatever is legally required to enforce the eviction of any guest and removal of the guest’s property. Changes to Room Allocations We reserve the right to move a booking from any allocated room at the motel to another room without notification to the guest, and prior to the arrival of the guest. This may be done on occasions in which a room with an occupancy of 3 or 4 has been booked by a group of 1 or 2 or extenuating circumstances means the chosen room is more suitable to another guest. Inspections The managers may inspect the motel room at any time without notice if in the managers opinion there has been or is likely to be a breach in terms and conditions. Misinterpretation Descriptions of Tahmoor inn are made in good faith and the managers are not responsible for any misdescription /misinterpretation of the motel by online booking sites. No pets or animals are allowed in the complex or rooms at all. Cooking or Fire Cooking in guest rooms is strictly forbidden by Health Authorities. Fees for additional cleaning may apply should a guest cook inside a guest room. A wide range of meals are available in our family bistro for lunch and dinner seven days a week, except public holidays. No candles or open flames permitted. Due to the fire regulations management must be aware of the numbers of guests in the room. Cancellations Policy 2 days’ notice is required for all booking cancellations. Should the required notice not be given, the first night’s fee is charged and retained. We reserve the right to offer alternative accommodation of a similar standard or full refund in the event of the accommodation operator overbooking the property, or for any unforeseen circumstances, giving as much notice as reasonably possible. Valuables You agree any monies or other valuables, goods or vehicles that belong to you, brought in or on to the rooms, grounds or car park remain your responsibility and we will not be responsible for their safekeeping. No responsibility is taken for any property left by a guest at the premises. (Please check all wardrobes and drawers before vacating the property)
