Terms and conditions PARKING IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY NOT GUARANTEED • All Apartments are Non-Smoking. • Pets are Not Allowed. • On-Site Parking: One On-Site Car or Motorbike Parking per Room is permitted and is subject to availability. We do not charge for parking and we cannot guarantee parking - It is first in best dressed. • Total Price includes all taxes, use of recreational facilities and service fees, but does not include any extra guest charges which need to be paid separately to the hotel at Check-In. • Cancellations made at least 10 days before arrival will receive a full refund. • AUD$100 Key & Room Security Deposit (per Room) is required to be paid at Check-In. The Security Deposit is taken by Credit Card pre authorization or $100 cash. • All Guests staying in Guest Rooms must be registered with Reception . • A Government-issued Photo Identification and a Credit card must be physically presented to Reception by the Card Holder at Check-in, as well as a copy of your Booking Confirmation Slip • The name on the Credit Card used at Check-in to pay for incidentals must be the primary name on the Guestroom Booking. • Minimum Check-in age is 18 years, and Guests will not be permitted to check-in without an adult 18 years or over present. • The person named as “Guest” in the booking must be the person that will actually be staying at the property, failing which, we reserve our absolute rights to cancel the room booking and the booking payment shall be forfeited. • All Reservations should include an Australian Mobile Phone Contact Number in case of transport delays and for Check-in outside our published Reception Hours, Guests should contact Reception and make necessary arrangements prior to arrival. • Maximum Guest Occupancy (as stipulated) per Room/Apartment cannot be exceeded. • If you are arriving after hours (After 5pm) please call direct (07 54717700) during Reception hours after making your booking, for information regarding after-hours Check-In.
