Terms & Conditions

By proceeding with your reservation you are acknowledging that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions as indicated below and generally as requested by the Apartment Managers and their staff. We reserve the right to expel any guests that do not comply and disrupt the enjoyment of other guests through noise or behaviour issues. No refund of any tariff will be provided. A strict ‘NO PARTY’ policy applies. If you have any questions or concerns, please call us prior to booking. Online Check-in The cardholder making this payment herein agrees that as a special condition of The Crest Apartments accepting this payment the cardholder will be required to register online before check-in and will be required to upload both the credit card used as the payment authority, and an acceptable form of photo ID. The cardholder agrees to these terms and conditions by proceeding with this payment or booking. If arriving the same day as the booking was made, please phone our office on (02) 6680 9500 to confirm your booking and arrival time. Prepayment, Fees and Cancellation Policy: • 100% of the reservation amount will be charged 14 days prior to your arrival date. • If the reservation is cancelled or modified outside of 14 days of check-in date your deposit is fully refundable. • If cancelled inside of 14 days incur 100% cancellation fee. • We charge a fee of 1.75% on all credit card payments. • No refund will be made for any early departure. Group Bookings We are pleased to offer you accommodation at The Crest Apartments, but it is important that you understand there is a STRICT “No Party” policy. For all group bookings of singles (i.e. not family groups, or couples) we may take a security deposit upon check-in of either $300 cash or a credit card pre-authorization per apartment. If you break our terms and conditions, particularly around noise and disruption to other guests, you will lose your security deposit and we will not hesitate to evict any groups if necessary. We reserve the right to take a security deposit upon your arrival by way of: a) Cash bond of $300 per apartment; b) Credit Card pre-authorization of $300 per apartment. Any additional persons who may want to stay need to make arrangements with the office (during the posted office hours) prior to staying. Any unauthorized person staying will incur a charge of $50 per person, per night, charged to the security deposit / card held by the office or eviction without refund. Noise/ Visiting Guests For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests please ensure that noise and/or music levels are kept to a reasonable level at all times. The number of non-paying guests/invitees is limited to 2 per unit and they must depart by 9 pm. We reserve the right to expel any guest/invitee that disrupts the enjoyment of other guests through noise or behaviour or causes damage to the apartment or building. No refund of any tariff paid will be provided. Security / Call out Charges In the event that you require us to open your apartment or security safe, or our Security Company have been called out due to a complaint, an “out of normal office hours” fee of $100 will apply. We advise that you should take care to lock and secure your apartment and valuables at all times. We do not take any responsibility for personal items lost or stolen – please use the room safe provided.
