SECURITY DEPOSIT You will be charged a security deposit on or before the day of your arrival for an amount of $200.00. Ensure you have access to credit card numbers for us to process. ROOM KEY Keys that are lost or not returned will incur a $10.00 fee CANCELLATION POLICY If booked directly you will be charged 1-7 days prior to your arrival. You may cancel up until this time. After this time deposits are non-refundable. Changes or cancellations for a booking made through a third party platform must be made through the original provider. VISITORS Each room may have a maximum of 2 visitors unless approved by management prior. EVENTS & CONTENT SHOOTS Events & shoots must be approved by management prior. failure to do so will result in a fee NOISE REGULATIONS - ZERO TOLERANCE. Strictly no guest disturbance past 9.00pm. Any noise complaints will be fined heavily. AFTER HOURS ASSISTANCE If there are disturbances or assistance is needed please call our after hours number. ROOFTOP AREA Rooftop is accessible from 8.00am - 8.00pm and BYO only when the bar is closed. COMMUNAL BALCONIES & COURTYARD No/minimal noise from 9.00pm. HOTEL & BALCONY DOORS Hotel door is to remain closed, if open a staff member will close it. Rooms with balcony doors to be closed by 9.00pm PERSONAL BELONGINGS The Pink Hotel is not responsible for your personal belongings and valuables like money, jewellery, chargers or any other valuables left by guests in the rooms or in public areas of The Pink Hotel Coolangatta. If an item is left behind an extra fee will be charged for postage. SMOKING Prohibited in rooms, heavy fees apply. Permitted in DOSA on rooftop, balconies & courtyard. ADDITIONAL NOTES - The Guest acknowledges joint and several liability for all services rendered until full settlement of invoices. - Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to The Pink Hotel Coolangatta caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible. - Pets are not allowed. A fee will be charged for professional cleaning of room and furnishings if a pet has been inside a hotel room. Baby Cots are provided upon request. Guests not complying with the above will face fees and eviction from the property. Should the hotel receive complaints from other guests in relation to your behaviour, you will be liable for any costs associated with their compensation & security deposit surrendered. The person reading this document and/or whoever actually occupies the accommodation and utilises the services shall be personally responsible for the complete payment of all charges with respect to this accommodation. By reading this document, the booker agrees to settle all accounts, pay for damage, breakages or loss of property from the room and abide by The Hotel Bylaws.
