Booking Terms and Conditions: Tariffs are subject to change without notice. Where a booking has been confirmed by receipt of a deposit, the tariff quotes will be honoured. Deposits: A deposit is required to confirm the booking, payable with Visa or MasterCard (subject to card handling fee of 1.27%). Balance of account is due 72 hours before arrival. Required security deposit to confirm a reservation: Low Season $300 Mid Season $500 High Season $1,000 Refunds: Bookings cancelled at least 28 days before arrival during high season and at least 14 days prior during other seasons will attract a 15% booking and administration fee. No refund for bookings cancelled during high season under 28 days, other times under 14 days, or on early departure. Extra persons only on request – fee applies.
