The Ridge at Maleny offers contemporary Scandinavian inspired 1, 2 & 3 bedroom mountain cabins & villas nestled amongst 300 acres of pristine hinterland. All luxuriously appointed cabins feature a full kitchen, air conditioning, wood burning fireplace, bath or spa bath, undercover parking and breathtaking views from every room. The first class facilities at The Ridge at Maleny cater for couples wanting an intimate escape, group of friends/families, wedding parties, or corporate groups wishing to escape the hustle and bustle. Located just 8 minutes to the heart of Maleny, the best in local food, wine and culture awaits you. Browse through the boutique shops of this unique town or visit the local attractions such as Australia Zoo, Glasshouse Mountains and The Ginger Factory. The local hiking trails and lookout points are a must do during your visit. The 300 acre property includes hiking tracks to the Mary River. Our spacious, fully equipped Function Centre can also be hired for functions and retreats.
GENERAL: As the main contact on this booking, you are responsible for all guests and your visitor’s actions. By making this booking you agree to the terms and conditions as set out below. Check-In: 2:00PM Check-Out: 10:00AM CANCELLATION POLICY/REFUNDS: Standard Rate Plan: Cancel up to 14 days before arrival (full refund less a $50 cancellation fee per cabin). Non-refundable if cancelled within 14 days of arrival. Non Refundable Rate Plans & Promo Codes: No cancellations or changes allowed. NUMBER OF GUESTS: The number of guests must not exceed the number of beds provided for, or the number agreed to at the time of booking. NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS: We have a strict no parties policy and our cabins are for residential purposes only with the registered guests to be the only occupants of the cabin. Functions/parties, big or small are not permitted and management reserve the right to evict all guests without refund or penalties will apply. Functions or gatherings can be accommodated in our 200m2 Function Centre. Please contact us on 0439 629 679, if you wish to enquire. NO SMOKING POLICY: The Ridge at Maleny, including cabins and outside property/land, has a strict no smoking policy. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Please be mindful of other guests staying at the property and keep noise to a minimum during these hours. NO PETS: Our holiday cabins do not cater for pets. SPEEDING: In the interests of wildlife and children, please observe our 10km speed limit when on our property. DRONES: For the privacy of other guests, The Ridge at Maleny has a no drones policy. Penalties will apply if any guest is found using such equipment. PARKING: All guests must park in the designated carport outside their cabin. CLEANING: The cabins are offered in good clean condition. On departure please kindly ensure that all rubbish is removed and placed in bins provided and the property left in a clean and tidy state. If you use the BBQ, please ensure this is cleaned after use otherwise a fee may be charged. Should the professional cleaners be required to do more than their usual clean due to the premises being left in an untidy state, we reserve the right to charge you a special cleaning fee to cover the reasonable cost of additional cleaning of the premises. FURNITURE: Please refrain from rearranging the furniture both inside and on the balcony/deck. KEYS: You will be provided with one set of key(s) to your cabin. Please keep safe and return to the lockbox upon check out. Loss or non-return of these keys will incur a fee of $50 per key. DAMAGES POLICY: You are liable for any damage caused (whether accidental, deliberate, negligent or reckless act), by you or any person in your party whether or not staying at the premises, during your stay. The Ridge at Maleny reserves the right to determine and charge the guest the cost of any damages, missing property and/or related cleaning fee. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right and you hereby authorise us to make a charge to your credit/debit card, without limitation for the cost of the damage incurred. Should this not be possible, an invoice will be sent to the registered address and you agree to settle all charges payable. We will make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum. PHOTOGRAPHIC IDENTIFICATION & CREDIT CARD: Photographic identification and credit card details must be provided during check-in (via our safe online portal) . If you are unable to provide such identification and details, your reservation may be cancelled and a cancellation fee applied. UNACCOMPANIED MINORS: All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult such as a parent or guardian. RELEASE & INDEMNITY: To the extent permitted by law, any monies or other valuables, goods or vehicles that belong to you, brought into the cabins or onto grounds remain your responsibility and The Ridge at Maleny is not responsible for their safekeeping. To the extent permitted by the law, you agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless, The Ridge at Maleny and its current and former officers, employees, contractors, sub-contractors/consultants and agents against and from all expenses, costs, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, damages, judgments and losses of any kind whatsoever (including but not limited to consequential and economic losses, property loss/damage and damages for injury, including personal injury and death) arising out of, caused by, attributable to or resulting from your booking or your stay at The Ridge at Maleny for any reason whatsoever, except to the extent such expense, cost, liability, claim, action, proceeding, damage, judgment or loss arose out of, was caused by, attributable to or resulted from The Ridge at Maleny or it’s current or former officers, employees or agent’s negligence. BREACH: We reserve the right to ask a guest(s) to vacate the premises and/or terminate a booking should the guest be in breach of these terms and conditions. In such circumstances, there may be no entitlement to any refund.
