Bookings through the uHoliday website/booking portal are not confirmed until payment is captured from your card, by uHoliday staff. This will happen within 24 hours of placing a booking. Santai/Peppers/Mantra Apartments: All our apartments are privately owned units, and not managed by the onsite operational staff. Guests are welcome to use all resort facilities, however, please contact uHoliday for concerns, and not the onsite management, as they will be unable to help you. We live locally and are available 24/7. All Other Properties: Please be aware these properties are located in a quiet residential neighbourhood with neighbours close by. Parties and excessive noise are not allowed. All guests must adhere to the NSW Government Code of Conduct for short-term holiday rentals. Failure to do so may result in penalties, including being asked to vacate the property with no refund. All Properties: Bookings are subject to these terms as well as our refund policy. The refund policy for direct bookings through uHoliday is based on the AirBNB “Strict” policy as outlined below. If booking through other third-party sites slightly varied policies may apply. Please check the policy on the booking site prior to finalising your booking. A damage bond for each property is highlighted in the listing details. Part or all of this bond may be claimed by uHoliday against your credit card if there is damage to the property or contravention of the house rules or NSW Government Code of Conduct. This will be communicated and evidence of the damage/contravention provided to you prior to the card being charged. Refund Policy - Full refund if cancellation made within 48 hours of booking (only if the check-in day is at least 14 days away, otherwise no free grace period applies). - 50% refund for cancellations made at least seven days before check-in. - No refund if cancellation made within seven days of check-in. Deposit Policy - Full payment is required at the time of booking.
