Carpark: One complimentary car park is provided per apartment. Our reception team will provide further instructions upon arrival. Child Policy: Children stay free using existing bedding, within the standard occupancy limits. Additional charges apply if extra bedding is required. Extra Person Policy: An additional charge of AUD $50 per night applies for extra guests aged 3 years or older. Infants aged 0-2 years stay free. Credit Card Policy: A valid credit card in the guest's name is required to secure your reservation. Credit cards in another person's name are not accepted. The provided card will be charged according to the terms of your booking. Invalid or expired cards may result in the cancellation of your reservation. Ensure the credit card details are accurate and the expiry date aligns with your reservation's cancellation policy. The credit card used must be presented at check-in. Contactless Check-in: All guests must check-in via our contactless system. You will receive a link prior to arrival to complete the check-in process on your mobile device. Deposit & Cancellation Policies: *Flexible: Free cancellation until 24 hours before arrival. Full non-refundable prepayment will be taken 24 hours before arrival. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in forfeiting the prepayment as a cancellation fee. *Semi-Flexible: Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. Full non-refundable prepayment will be taken 14 days prior. Cancellations within 14 days will forfeit the prepayment. *Summer Rate: Free cancellation until 60 days before arrival. Full non-refundable prepayment will be taken 60 days before arrival. Cancellations within 60 days will forfeit the prepayment. *Prepaid: Full prepayment is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable. Any cancellations or changes will incur full fees. *Stay More & Save: A 10% non-refundable deposit is charged at booking. The remaining balance is charged 24 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations within 24 hours will forfeit the full booking total. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, baggage loss, money loss, and medical expenses. If a party is identified, the resort reserves the right to evict the guests, including the registered guest, with no refund. Additional charges for cleaning, damages, or repairs may also apply. No-Shows / Failure to Cancel: Failure to check in on your reserved date will result in the cancellation of your reservation, with penalties as outlined in the cancellation policy. Early check-outs or shortened stays will forfeit any remaining nights. Payment Options: We accept bank transfers and credit cards. Please note that credit card payments incur a non-refundable service fee (Visa/Mastercard: 1.98%, American Express: 3.3%). If no credit card is provided, a $1000 cash security deposit is required at check-in. Relocation: In the event your reserved accommodation becomes unavailable, we will relocate you to a comparable ULTIQA property at no additional cost. Guests may opt for a higher standard property, but any price difference will be charged. Security Deposit: A $1000 cash security deposit is required if no credit card is provided at check-in. Smoking Policy: All ULTIQA properties are smoke-free, including balconies. Any evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. Guests will be responsible for any charges from emergency services due to false fire alarms caused by smoking, which may be up to $1500. Special Requests: While we strive to accommodate all requests, specific room views or floors cannot be guaranteed prior to arrival.
