Thank you for staying with us at Villa Paradiso. In the interest of safety, please ensure that all members of your party read the emergency evacuation instructions on the inside of the apartment main door before retiring tonight. Note that the entire building is a non-smoking area, so should any area be used for smoking a fee of $50.00 per day for cleaning will be charged to the guest account. The BBQ is a communal space for all our guests. Please clean the BBQ after using it and leave the area clean for the next person. If the area is left in a dirty manner, a cleaning fee of $40 will be charged to your credit card. Conditions of Occupancy:- Every person signing this document and/or actually occupying accommodation or utilising other services, shall be personally responsible for all charges in addition to the customers abovenamed notwithstanding that an account is sent in the first instance to that customer. Any request for a late check-out is subject to availability and requires at least 24 hours’ notice. A fee may apply. It is a condition of your occupancy that the owners of the premises are not liable for the damage to or the loss of property which the occupier or his guests may bring onto the premises. For those apartments which have additional rooms locked off, the signatory shall be liable for additional cleaning costs should they use those additional rooms. Note that a loss of any room key will attract a replacement charge of $25.00. We trust your stay with us will be everything you hoped it to be.
