Cancellation Policy All reservations are accepted in good faith. Any alterations to an existing booking may incur a fee. We reserve the right to reconsider the availability of a current booking, should you choose to reduce the length of stay. If on arrival the booking is reduced your original booking still stands, the full tariff may be charged. If you choose to cancel, this must be done a minimum of 14 days before arrival date or all accommodation may be charged to credit card details supplied or invoiced. If cancellation is within 14 days of your scheduled arrival, or there is a no-show, you will be charged the full cost of the accommodation unless we are able to fill the cancelled accommodation.
