HIGH SEASON: AUSTRALIAN SCHOOL AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS PREPAYMENT: $300 will be charged at time of booking. CANCELLATION: If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival - $50 administration fee charged, balance refunded to prepayment credit card. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no show - 100% of booking will be charged. LOW SEASON - ALL OTHER TIMES PREPAYMENT: $300 will be charged at time of booking. CANCELLATION: If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival - $50 administration fee charged, balance refunded to prepayment credit card. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no show - 100% of booking will be charged CARD PAYMENT SURCHARGE Please note that a card processing fee is added to card payments. UPON ARRIVAL: Balance payable for High Season 30 days prior to arrival. Balance payable for Low Season 14 days prior to arrival. Security Pre-Authorisation - a credit card is provided for security & incidental purposes, a pre-authorisation amount is held on the card of $300 (this will be held for 7-10 days then will simply lapse), this must be a credit card. If a credit card is unavailable we will require a cash bond of $300, this will be returned by cheque after check-out. Photo identification - copy of licence for security and identification purposes. The credit card and ID must be in the same name as the guest's name on the original booking confirmation. LATE ARRIVAL: If you are arriving outside reception hours or on a Sunday (Reception is open: M-F 9am-5pm, Sat 9am-12noon, closed Sunday) please contact us on 07 5538 7222 to make arrangements for key collection. HOUSEKEEPING: We have a NON SMOKING policy on all accommodation levels and common areas. A $200 fee will be charged to guests account for non compliance of this house rule. We do our utmost to allocate the unit requested however we CANNOT guarantee a particular unit. We reserve the right to reject bookings from School Leavers and/or University Leavers from mid/late November – Early December as we do not have policies, procedures or resources to meet the unique needs of those attending the annual “Schoolies” event. If on check in, persons travelling are found to be participating in “Schoolies” they will NOT be checked in and no refunds will be given. Viscount on the Beach has a strict “No Party Policy”, and we would not recommend any guests booking apartments for a hens, bucks, birthday party or any other private event as you risk being fined and evicted.
