TERMS & CONDITIONS (a) Unauthorised parties, group gatherings, functions and the like, are strictly not permitted, any breach of this policy will result in immediate eviction from the premises and a minimum $1000 breach of agreement penalty to be paid by the undersigned. No more than 4 invited guests are to be on the premises at any time. Guests must depart by 10.00pm in an orderly fashion. (b) Agree to pay all accommodation and any other service provided by Vision Apartments that is charged to my account, and all costs and expenses of damage and breakages whether wilful or accidental caused during my stay. I authorise management to use my signature on this form to charge costs and expenses. (c) Should Guests lose their keys, they will be charged $85.00 for replacement of keys and security fob and $100.00 for replacement of garage remote control. (d) Cheques are not accepted for payment unless prior arrangements are made with management. (e) Guests agree to abide by all the registered by-laws of Vision Apartments. There will be zero tolerance of noise. Management reserve the right in the event of any disturbances to remove the offending guests with or without the assistance of the Queensland Police Force. (f) Checkout time is 10.00am unless prior arrangements have been made with management. (g) Full payment for accommodation and charges is required upon check-in. A Credit Card imprint is required on arrival to be held as a Security Deposit. (h) No refunds will be given for early departures. (i) If guests do not adhere to general cleaning procedures a charge of $50.00 per hour will be incurred. STRICTLY NO SMOKING permitted inside any apartment – additional cleaning fees will apply in the event that this is not adhered to. (k) Body Corporate/ Management take no responsibility for damage or theft. (l) Please ensure all doors and windows are closed when leaving the apartment for the day or retiring to bed at night. (m) DEPOSIT: A one night deposit will be processed by Vision Apartments within 7-14 business days of receiving the booking, and a confirmation email will be sent to the email provided. (n) CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation within 14 days will result in loss of deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur full accommodation charges. Changes to reservations may be made at the managers’ discretion. Please contact the office directly. (o) COVID CANCELLATION POLICY: Formal State imposed lockdowns or restrictions due to the Covid pandemic, or you are unable to travel due to contracting Covid and need to isolate, we will refund your deposit in full. Please note: this does not cover change of mind due to being nervous to travel (this falls under our standard cancellation policy above).
