Cancellation Policy Cancellations made with more than 7 days notice are fully refundable all barring an administration and handling fee of $50.00. Cancellations made with less than 7 days notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Please NOTE: December & January Bookings cancelled before 1st December are fully refundable all barring an administration and handling fee of $50.00. Cancellations made after 1st December will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Dogs or Pets Dogs or pets of any kind are not permitted on premises by the White Crest Bylaws without the specific approval of the Body Corporate. Please contact Manager prior to booking. SMOKING – is not permitted inside apartments – balcony doors MUST be closed while smoking. If smoking cause odour in the apartment, then a spring cleaning charge of $150 will apply. NO GLASS – in or around the pool/spa/BBQ area at the pool. (PLATES, GLASSES, BOTTLES ETC). NO PARTY POLICY – No parties permitted; any visiting guests are to be off the premises by 10pm. NOISE – Loud noise or offensive language on balconies/courtyards is not tolerated - noise travels (10pm noise curfew). Check-Out 10am – If leaving earlier, please advise reception. There is a KEY drop box at the reception desk. Terms and conditions of Holiday Letting and Apartment Rental UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL PARTIES OR UNREASONABLE NOISE BE TOLERATED THAT AFFECTS THE PEACEFUL ENJOYMENT OF OTHER OCCUPANTS. FAILURE TO ABIDE BY THIS BODY CORPORATE RULE YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE, NO REFUND WILL BE OFFERED. In the event of a one-bedroom booking being placed in a two-bedroom apartment, one room and bathroom where applicable will be closed off. If the bedroom and/or bathroom is used, then $70 will be charged for the use of EACH room per night plus the additional linen and servicing charges. Only the number of guests shown in the booking may stay in the apartment overnight. Any extra guest will incur a $30 per night charge. Air Conditioning: Please make sure they are off if you are out all day. The Optimum Temperature for the tropics is 24 degrees. Anything lower will make the machines work a lot harder without effect and cause condensation on walls and floors and will cause the machines to malfunction and/or breakdown In the event of having to leave the apartment earlier than planned, the full cost of accommodation will be charged (as per conditions under the Property Agents and Motor Dealers Act [2000]) General Conditions of Occupancy: The Person signing this document and/or whomever occupies the accommodation and utilises the services shall be personally responsible for the complete payment of all charges with respect to this accommodation. By signing this document, the signee agrees to settle all accounts, any additional cleaning charges (including kitchen items unwashed and not removing all rubbish as requested in the departure note provided), pay for damages, breakages or loss of property from the unit and abide by the Buildings Body Corporate Bylaws. Neither the Body Corporate, the Manager nor the apartment owner is liable for any damage or loss of property which a guest may sustain while on the property.
