This will be 14 days prior to the arrival for Low & Mid season bookings, and 30 days prior to High Season / School Holiday bookings. A credit card merchant fee will apply to all credit card payments. LOW & MID SEASON: Cancellation more than 14 days prior – free cancellation Cancellation less than 14 days’ notice prior to arrival total loss of booking value 100%. Full payment required 14 days prior to arrival HIGH SEASON: Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival – free.
