CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellation within or greater than 30 days notice to the date of arrival - transferable to an alternative date within 6 months of the cancellation date. If you require a refund, full deposit will be refunded less an administration fee of $50.00. Cancellation with less than 30 days notice but more than 7 days notice prior to the date of arrival - 1 night administration fee. Any remaining deposit can be transferred to an alternative date within 6 months of the cancellation date. Cancellation within 7 days of the date of arrival - no refund or transfer. CANCELLATION DURING HIGH SEASON POLICY Cancellation greater than 60 days’ notice to the date of arrival - transferable to an alternative date within 6 months of the cancellation date. If you require a refund, full deposit will be refunded less an administration fee of $50.00 Cancellation with less than 60 days’ notice but more than 30 days’ notice prior to the date of arrival – loss of $500.00 deposit. Any remaining deposit can be transferred to an alternative date within 6 months of the cancellation date. Cancellation within 30 days of the date of arrival - no refund or transfer No shows or terminations once checked-in will incur a 100% cancellation fee ie your credit card will be charged for the full amount of your stay. Requests for specific apartment numbers will be on a request basis and cannot be guaranteed. Additional cleaning charges will apply in the event of apartment being left in an unacceptable condition. If you have made arrangements for your transfer to the island, please contact us with your estimated time of arrival so we can ensure our reception is open or you have obtained after hours check-in procedures. All SPECIALS are non-refundable or transferable and must be paid in full at time of booking. We reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time and issue a full refund in the event of any unforeseen circumstances. These events include, but are not limited to, sale of the property, weather damage, power blackouts, insect infestation, floods and any other unusual event.
