Welcome to the Anchor Motel in Noosa! Our spacious rooms all feature a queen or king bed, a private balcony or terrace overlooking our lagoon pool and spa or our gardens, a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower. We also offer free on-site undercover parking, complimentary daily room servicing, 24 hour check in/check out (by arrangement), a selection of free Foxtel channels and unlimited NBN Wi-Fi around the complex. We are located on the Noosa loop - just a short walk to the Noosaville Foreshore and a five minute drive to Hastings Street, Noosa Main Beach and Noosa Junction CBD with its exciting bar and restaurant scene. The iconic Sum Yung Guys restaurant is right on the next block to us, along with Aldi, Nisa Thai restaurant, Little Cove Coffee and a great bakery. We are close to the Farmers Market and 15 minutes from Eumundi Markets. Microbreweries, distilleries and the Noosa Chocolate Factory are within easy reach.
1. Charges must be paid by master card, visa, amex or bank transfer before occupancy commences. Guest must supply a valid credit card to support the booking prior to arrival may be asked for photo identification in the form of licences or passport. 2. Please be aware that inside the rooms are NON-SMOKING. Should a guest smoke in the room a smoke elimination fee may be applied. 3. We have a NO PARTY POLICY. Guests, invitees, are expected to behave in a manner conducive to the safety, comfort and convenience of other guests and residents within the property. A breach of any House Rules may result in eviction of the offender/s at the discretion of the manager. 4. The guest will be liable for payment of any charges incurred by any guest together with all replacements and necessary costs for any damage or loss to the apartment and its contents or the Body Corporate property caused by any guest. 5. The room must not be used for any unlawful purpose. Children under 12 years must be supervised by an adult in the pool areas. No scooters, bikes, skateboards are to be ridden around common areas. By taking occupancy of a room you consent to follow the Body Corporate BY-LAWS. 6. Guests are allocated one car park under cover per room and must park cars only in the designated area. 7. No animals or pets are to be brought into the complex. 8. Neither the Body Corporate, the manager nor the room owner is liable for any damage or loss of property which a guest may sustain while on the complex. 9. The by-laws, rules and regulations of the complex and any reasonable direction of the Manager must be complied with. The room must be vacated if, after receiving a warning, any guest fails to comply. 10. There is no refund for early departure. 11. The Manager may inspect the room at any time with reasonable notice and at any time without notice if the Manager is of the opinion that there has been a breach of these conditions. 12. The Manager and the room owner are not responsible for any mis-description of the apartment. 13. The guest authorises the Manager to charge any credit card associated with this booking, for loss, damage or monetary contribution for which any guest is liable under this document or otherwise. 14. If the occupancy ends or is terminated, the guest must immediately vacate the apartment. The Manager is authorised to do whatever is required to enforce the eviction of any guest and removal of guests' property. 15. If the room is not left in a clean and tidy manner, the Manager is authorised to charge any credit card associated with this booking, a minimum of $50 to recover extra cleaning costs. 16. NO GLASSWARE is to be taken into the pool.
