All bookings are subject to the guests’ acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions Check In Time - 2.30pm Check Out Time - 10.00am LATE ARRIVALS Guests are required to call in advance to arrange arrivals outside office hours. Monday to Friday 8.30am – 4pm, Saturday 9am – 1pm & Sunday 9am -12pm No refunds will be given for departures prior to the booked date of departure. APARTMENT BOOKINGS Whilst every attempt is made to ensure specifically requested apartments, we cannot guarantee changes will not occur. CANCELLATIONS Low Season – If a cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to arrival date a refund will be given less a $50 administration fee or 100% of the deposit can be held for a future booking. If a cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to arrival date a refund will only be given less a $50 administration fee if the apartment can be relet. Mid & High Seasons – If a cancellation is made more than 28 days prior to arrival date a refund will be given less a $50 administration fee or 100% of the deposit can be held for a future booking. If a cancellation is made less than 28 days prior to arrival date a refund will only be given less a $50 administration fee if the apartment can be relet. No deposits can be held Although we understand that circumstances leading to last minute cancellations will occur, Atlantis Marcoola cannot be held responsible for the loss of income to the unit owners and we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance. TARIFFS Tariffs are subject to change without notice, INCLUDING SPECIALS. When the receipt of a deposit has confirmed a booking the quoted tariff will be honoured. Tariffs quoted include a maximum number of guests for each room type. Extra charge of $20 per night, per guest will apply. DEPOSITS Low Season - A Deposit of $200 is required at time of booking. Balance of account will be taken from the nominated credit card the morning of arrival. Mid Season – A deposit of $200 is required at time of booking. Balance of account will be taken from the nominated credit card the morning of arrival. High Season – A deposit of $200 will be taken at time of booking. 50% deposit of the total tariff is payable by 30th Of September Balance of account will be taken from the nominated credit card the morning of arrival. PAYMENTS We accept cash, Electronic Funds Transfers, Visa, MasterCard and EFTPOS. SECURITY DEPOSIT A valid credit card number or $200 Cash Bond will be requested on arrival as security over the room. CAR PARKING One secure undercover car parking space is provided for each apartment. Top floor apartments have 2 car spaces. Additional vehicles can be parked in the visitors’ car parking space or on the road adjacent to the complex. WIFI INTERNET Free access to the Wifi network is provided to all guests for normal email and internet use NOISE Thank you for respecting Atlantis Marcoola quiet hours between 10.00pm and 7.00am. Should any guest refuse to comply with behaviour and noise standards, Management reserves the right to terminate the tenancy immediately.
