Please note: If booking Pre-Payment Special the full amount will be taken as deposit 42 Days prior to arrival.. CANCELLATION/AMENDMENT & PAYMENT POLICY GENERAL Bookings may be cancelled or modified up to 7 days before arrival date free of charge. Payment for Accommodation will be charged on the 7th day Prior to Arrival. If cancelled or modified after this, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. For bookings made within 7 days of arrival the full tariff will be charged on booking. 1.43% credit card surcharge applies for all Visa, Mastercard and American Express transactions. No refunds apply for booking made on a non-refundable rate Same terms and conditions of cancellation as normal periods within 14 day framework. PEAK PERIODS 2024: *13th September 2024 - 29th September 2024 *13th December 2024 - 26th January 2024 If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. Payment for Accommodation will be charged on the 14th day Prior to Arrival. If cancelled or modified later, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. For bookings made within 14 days of arrival the full tariff will be charged on booking. If the apartment is re-let for the cancelled period, then a refund may be made back to the guest. Travel Insurance We highly recommend you have an appropriate level of travel insurance. Unless otherwise advised by you, in writing immediately, acceptance and agreement to this Cancellation Policy is assumed.
