Bella Vista Motel Fox Glacier is easy to find, situated in a quiet central location on the main road. From the moment you arrive you'll enjoy the convenience of being located in close proximity to the village for shops, restaurants and activity providers. Fox Glacier Guiding is only 120 metres away. We have ample safe parking so you can explore on foot. Our superior smoke free Fox Glacier accommodation includes a variety of studios and one bedroom units. Our purpose built units have been designed with convenience and comfort in mind. You have a choice of king, queen or single beds. All units have double glazing which ensures a quiet night’s sleep. At our motel in Fox Glacier, unlimited free wireless internet is available with a work desk in every room. Units vary from tea and toast making facilities to those with microwave kitchenettes and others with full cooking facilities. During the summer months you are welcome to make use of our BBQ facilities after a day exploring this amazing area. We are happy to offer advice and help arrange Scenic Flights over Fox Glacier and Mt Cook region, guided walks on the glacier or just a walk round awesome Lake Matheson with the views of Mt Cook and Mt Tasman. PAYMENT POLICY No payment is required at the time of booking, but we do require credit card details to secure your booking. Your credit card will not be processed until you arrive or if prior, only once the cancellation policy applies. Please check your booking confirmation for how each location handles payment as it can differ. Please note a credit card surcharge may apply (see below). If your booking is Non-Refundable/Non-Changeable, your credit card will be charged at any time after your booking is confirmed. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellation policies may vary between motels. If making a booking online, please check the terms and conditions within the online booking process to confirm the cancellation for that specific property. When booking by phone, or in person, please check with your hosts. CHILD POLICY Bella Vista does not offer a child concession although local variations may apply. Any child requiring extra bedding will be charged at the extra person rate. Baby cots/cribs and high chairs are usually available on request in most locations. An extra charge may apply. BEDDING REQUESTS Bedding configurations are on a request basis only and subject to availability. Whilst we will do our best to meet your requirements, we cannot guarantee your requested bed type. SMOKING POLICY Smoking is NOT permitted in all units. If smoke is detected inside a unit there will be a charge to restore the unit to its non smoking status. CREDIT CARD SURCHARGE A surcharge of 2.0% applies to all MasterCard & Visa credit card payments. (American Express credit cards will attract a surcharge of 3%). Alternatively you may wish to pay by cash or Eftpos or direct credit into our bank account which will not incur a surcharge.
