PAYMENT POLICY: Credit card details are required to confirm your booking. A credit card surcharge of 2.9% (3.5% for American Express) will apply to all credit card payments. Alternatively you may wish to pay by cash or Eftpos which will not incur a surcharge. CANCELLATION POLICY: If your plans change for some reason, we do understand, and ask that you let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations/amendments must be made before 2pm, 48 hours prior to arrival or a charge of one night’s accommodation will be made to your nominated credit card. No shows will incur full charges for the entire stay. GROUP BOOKINGS: Cancellations/amendments must be made before 2pm, 21 days prior to arrival or a charge of one night’s accommodation will be made to your nominated credit card. For cancellations made after 2pm 48 hours prior to check in and No shows will incur full charges for the entire stay. NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKINGS: If you have booked a non-refundable rate, these bookings are non-refundable, non changeable and the cancellation penalty is 100% of the booking. Your card may be charged at any time after your booking has been made. CHILD POLICY: Children under 2 years of age free of charge if extra bedding is NOT required.
