There is also a private lawn area with outdoor furniture and barbeque for guest use. Our superior smoke free accommodation includes a variety of studios and one bedroom units. The purpose built access units have been designed with parking at the door for your convenience. You have a choice of king, queen or single beds with electric blankets for those cooler nights. Wireless internet is available with a spacious work desk in every room. Units vary from just tea and toast making facilities to those with cooking facilities. PAYMENT POLICY No payment is required at the time of booking, but we do require credit card details to secure your booking. Your credit card will not be processed until you arrive or if prior, only once the cancellation policy applies. Please check your booking confirmation for how each location handles payment as it can differ. Please note a credit card surcharge may apply (see below). If your booking is Non-Refundable/Non-Changeable, your credit card will be charged at any time after your booking is confirmed. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellation policies may vary between motels. If making a booking online, please check the terms and conditions within the online booking process to confirm the cancellation for that specific property. When booking by phone, or in person, please check with your hosts. CHILD POLICY Bella Vista does not offer a child concession although local variations may apply. Any child requiring extra bedding will be charged at the extra person rate. Baby cots/cribs and high chairs are usually available on request in most locations. An extra charge may apply. BEDDING REQUESTS Bedding configurations are on a request basis only and subject to availability. Whilst we will do our best to meet your requirements, we cannot guarantee your requested bed type.
