Centrally Located The resort is centrally located on the Shirley Street strip only 5 minutes' walk to town and less than 5 minutes to the beautiful white sands of Belongil beach. The apartments are stylish and modern and are self-contained 2- and 3-bedroom apartments. Apartment Living The apartments are a short stroll to the Bryon Bay town with its selection of cafes, restaurants, bars, and boutiques. Whatever ocean activity you are here for this is where you want to stay. We cater to families small and large. Shop ahead and send the groceries on the day you arrive where you can cook in house on those rainy days and or just go ahead and treat your family to another great meal in town. Full Resort Facilities The saltwater pool is in our tropical gardens next to the barbecue gazebo area for poolside dining with friends. All apartments have either a small balcony or patio area that has an outdoor setting for that alfresco dining experience. Byron on your doorstep Our town is famous for its spectacular beaches, daily dolphin sightings, whale watching is a treat from June to November, just to name a few. The cafes, restaurants, bars and clubs will keep you busy when you’re not at the at one of our amazing beaches. Terms & Conditions

All apartments are considered “family & couples friendly” with a “No Party” policy, whereby group bookings are not accepted without the prior consent of management. Deposit and Final Payment A non-refundable Deposit, or the total tariff if the booking is within 30 days of arrival, or as otherwise requested, is payable at time of booking by Credit Card or (EFT) Electronic Funds Transfer. A valid credit card number is required for security on all bookings made, without exception. The tariff stated on the final letter of confirmation will be considered the agreed tariff & negate any previous quotes. For the dispute of any considered inaccuracies, a cooling-off period of 24 hours will apply from the date the confirmation letter is emailed. Balance is payable 30 days before arrival, we accept Master Card and Visa, please note we do not accept cheques as final payment without prior arrangement. If arriving outside of normal office hours, the final balance is required prior to arrival, and may be deducted from the credit card supplied unless otherwise arranged with management. Any balances outstanding 48 hours prior to departure may be deducted from the credit card supplied and transacted as an express check-out unless otherwise arranged with management. All bookings cancelled within the 30 days are non-transferable at any time of the year. Cleaning Apartments must be left in a relatively clean & tidy condition on departure, to avoid additional cleaning charges. Any charges will be applied per hour (whole hours) at managements current standard rate. If the apartment is deemed “un-rentable” for any fair reason a standard nights’ accommodation may be charged to the credit card provided. Smoking All apartments are non-smoking inside, ashtrays are provided for outside use only. Any traces of residual smoke inside, or reminisce of butts outside will incur an additional cleaning charge of $300, and any additional costs of cleaning soft furnishings may be added as deemed necessary by management. Behaviour & Additional Charges Management reserves the right to evict any person/s from the premises immediately and without notice, or refund for any disturbances or unruly behavior causing disruption to other guests, or in accordance with the conditions stated in the guest registration form, at time of check-in or on acceptance of keys, and as deemed necessary by the manager. Management also reserves the right to charge guest for the following, but not restricted to, all damages and breakages, lost keys, missing items, late departure, extra cleaning, and unpaid expenses. Any additional charges will automatically be charged to the credit card provided on booking, following at least one attempt to contact the credit card holder. Only the designated person/s at the time of check-in, are permitted to stay in the apartment/s, any additions to this may be charged the average nightly rate for the duration of the booking, and all occupants may be required to leave the premises. Changes & Interpretation We will not be responsible for any interpretation or misunderstanding about the premises booked and our cancellation policy will apply. Terms & Conditions are subject to change without notification. While individual Apartments can be booked and all efforts of management will be made to maintain the booking for the apartment chosen, management do not guarantee the allocation of any apartment.
