General The number of guests in a property will not exceed the number confirmed when booking. Cairns Private Apartments has a strict No Party Policy. Apartments are serviced every 4th day, however, additional cleaning can be arranged but will incur a service charge. Smoking is not permitted indoors. Check-in time is 2.00 pm and check-out time is 10.00 am (unless prior arrangements are confirmed with the property) Our office hours are 8.00 am to 5.00 pm. If you are checking in outside of these hours we will send you our after-hours instructions. Important information *All our apartments are hard-wired to the Fire Department Alarm call-out fees of $1456.10 will be charged should a fire alarm be activated and the Fire Brigade attend. *Please be advised that any damage to property, additional cleaning, or lost keys or remotes will be charged to your credit card. A credit card fee will be charged on the final payment. *It is a condition of your occupancy that the owners of the premises are not liable for the damage to or the loss of property that the occupier or their guests may bring onto the premises. *Noise levels must not be excessive or loud, or cause, or be likely to cause, disturbance and inconvenience to other guests and residents. *Functions and gatherings are NOT permitted. Payment A credit card or bank deposit is needed to confirm and secure all bookings. Payments are paid into our fully audited trust account. Payments are accepted by credit card and will incur a Merchant Fee. Mastercard and Visa(1.5%), Amex (2.4%), EFTPOS/Cash, and/or direct transfer into our Trust Account – Cairns Private Apartments, BSB 484-799 Account No. 607179693 Reference will be the Surname of the person booking. Cancellations Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of the first night’s accommodation cost. Cancellations on the day will incur a 100% cancellation fee for the booking. No cancellation fee will be applied outside of the 48 hours. Liability No responsibility is taken for personal items left on the property during or after departure. The property does not accept liability for any injury damage, loss, or additional expenses and disruptions caused directly or indirectly by events that are beyond our control.
