If the reservation is cancelled more than 30 days prior to your arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less the cancellation fee. If the booking is cancelled within 30 days of your arrival, the full amount of accommodation will be payable. No reductions within 30 days. A reduction in the number of nights is treated the same as a cancellation. The balance of accommodation will automatically be charged to your credit card at 30 day prior to your arrival. If for any reason this is unable to be processed your reservation may be cancelled at the discretion of the property. We suggest you give consideration to arranging travel insurance in the event that you may need to cancel or reduce the length of your stay for any reason. The property is not responsible for any personal unforeseen circumstances. Cancellation fee of $100 applies to cancellations outside 30 days. Please be advised that the terms and conditions of your reservation do not cover you in the event that you or one of your travelling companions contracts any illness including Covid-19. We recommend seeking travel insurance cover for such events.
