Coolum Caprice offers self-contained apartments located right in the heart of Coolum Beach. Ideally positioned for exploring the Sunshine Coast, Coolum Caprice is directly opposite the patrolled beach and close to shops and restaurants. There is a choice of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments, all of which have private balconies with ocean views. All apartments are fully self-contained with open-plan living and dining areas, plus fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. Facilities at the resort include a heated swimming pool and spa pool, sauna, fitness centre and games room. There are barbeque areas located in the surrounding tropical gardens.

Terms & Conditions

A deposit of one night is required at time of booking, the balance is then payable on arrival. Cancellation Policy: Low Season- 7days, Mid-Season- 14 days, High Season- 28 days. An administration fee of $40 is charged to cancelled bookings. Guests are reminded of the Provisions of the Traveller Accommodation Providers (Liability) Act 2001 Old and the Innkeepers Liability Act 1902 NSW. I agree that my liability for the charges is not waived and agree to be held personally liable in the event the indicated person, company or association fails to pay for any part or the full amount of such charges. Including damage & losses to the property. • One carpark is provided per apartment, with the exception of the Penthouses which have two. • You must only park in your allocated spot. Failure to do so may result in the vehicle being towed at guest’s costs. • Apartments are fully self-contained. A service is only provided to guest staying 8 days or longer. • Extra housekeeping service & amenities during your stay (including fresh towels) are available at additional cost. • Checkout time is 10.00am. Late check-outs are only available subject to availability and need to be pre-arranged with reception. Late check outs are charged at $10 per hour. • Any damages to the apartment or the buildings common areas costs will be charged to the Guest account. The Manager is authorized to deduct payment from the Guest’s Account. • Rooms must be left in a tidy and clean state, with rubbish removed and dishes washed. with All linen and towels are to be left in the room. Removal or damage to linen will be charged against the security bond or Guest’s Account. • Lost keys, a Fee of $200 will apply (This will cover the Locksmith replacing Barrel & Keys). • Out of hour call-outs including lost keys- $50.00 fee will be charged to Guest Account • Coolum Caprice is a Non-Smoking Property and Guests are not permitted to smoke indoors. • Noise Complaint - No guest may disturb the quiet and peaceful enjoyment of other Guests by creating a noise or other disturbance. • The Property has a strict "No Party" Policy AND Visitors are not permitted in guest rooms between 9pm and 7am - only Registered Guests are permitted to be in rooms between these hours. Guests who do not abide by this or violate this condition are subject to eviction without warning. All rooms are fitted with smoke alarms. If activated please follow open the balcony doors to clear smoke- not the main door to the foyer. Please contact reception by dialling 9 and advise of false alarm. If you tamper with the alarm you will be charged with reset or repair costs.If the general fire alarm is activated resulting in the Queensland Fire and rescue Service attending site a fee of up to $950 will be charged to the person responsible for activating the alarm. The booking is made in good faith and maybe subject to change. We cannot accept responsibility for action taken by the property owner of the premises outside our control. However, reasonable endeavour will be made to offer alternative accommodation, should this occur.
