rystal Pacific is a completely redesigned original 1970s building located in the beautiful beachside suburb of Palm Beach on the Gold Coast. Located only steps to the beach and a short walk to the pristine Tallebudgera Creek, Crystal Pacific is the perfect place to take a break. With a bus stop only a few metres away and beautiful cafes within strolling distance, everything is at your doorstep. With so many new restaurants and cafes just over Burleigh hill, you don’t have to venture far for a good time day or night. All of our apartments have been designed and styled to take you to our favourite place, to soak in that coastal relaxed vibe that only Palm Beach knows how. We have 6 x 2 bedroom apartments available that are all unique in their own ways. Each apartment has light filled bedrooms complete with comfortable beds, built in robes and large private decks that feature a beautiful hanging daybed for you to relax and let the time pass slowly. Our terrazzo inspired bathrooms have plush and soft towels, a large rain shower head, and Australian made Biology products. Our kitchens and lounge areas are all designed to create a space for you and your loved ones to gather, share and enjoy. You will find everything you need and more in these living and dining spaces, which are equipped with a large 60” television, books, a Nespresso machine, kitchen essentials and laundry facilities. Each apartment has an open air yet private outdoor courtyard area with bar seating and BBQ. Our shared lush outdoor area is a place designed for you to linger, boasting ample comfortable sun loungers, umbrellas and our amazing mineral magnesium pool for you to soak in at your leisure.

TERMS & CONDITIONS • Rates : All rates quoted on this site are subject to availability. All rates are inclusive of GST and quoted in Australian dollars. By using the rates quoted on this site you agree with and abide by these Terms and Conditions. Rates as quoted are per Apartment per night on a room only basis. Rates may increase without notice due to any changes in or the imposition of government charges taxes or levies. Guests will be notified where possible of any increases. • Check-in / check-out : Check in time is 2.00pm and check out is 10.00am. We will try wherever possible to accommodate early arrival and/or late departure. • Payment- Crystal Pacific will charge your card in full 14 days prior to arrival. This is extended to 30 days for all school holiday bookings. Crystal Pacific will take a $200 pre authorisation a day prior to check in. A 1% surcharge will be charged to all credit transactions. Cancellation policy : You can cancel or modify your booking up to 14 / 30 days prior to arrival at no charge. A full cancellation fee of 100% of the booking tariff applies if you cancel your booking within 14/30 days prior to arrival and no-shows. Please carefully consider current Covid situations when creating a booking with Crystal Pacific Palm Beach as our 14/30 day cancellation policy will still apply. • Children policy : We welcome all families at Crystal Pacific. The minimum age for check in is 18YO. All children must be accompanied by an adult. All children in pool area must be supervised at all times. We ask that all children under 4 please wear swim nappies in the pool. In the event of the pool needing to be drained due to children not wearing swim nappies the guest will incur a $500 fee. • Internet : Crystal Pacific provides guests with free wifi internet. The operation of any internet connection during this reservation is not guaranteed and may be disrupted or not available. Crystal Pacific offers this service on a fair use policy. • Behaviour & noise policy : We are located in a residential neighbourhood. Please respect our neighbours and other guests and keep noise to a minimum. Unreasonable noise will not be tolerated. A charge of $200 will apply if management deem it necessary to ask guests to cease unreasonable noise. Crystal Pacific has a strict “No Party” policy. We reserve the right to request people who are making too much noise at any time of the day or night to leave. No refunds will be applicable. A security company or police may be called to investigate complaints of excessive noise or anti-social behaviour. Any charges incurred by the security company or police will be charged to the credit card provided as security for the booking. • Additional charges : Management also reserves the right to charge guests for the following, but not restricted to, all damages and breakages, , missing items, late departure, extra cleaning and unpaid expenses. Any additional charges will automatically be charged to the credit card provided as security for the booking following at least one attempt to contact the credit card holder. • Smoking : Crystal Pacific is a completely non smoking property. All rooms and shared spaces are non-smoking including decks and pool area. Any traces of residual smoke inside will incur an additional cleaning charge of $200. Any additional costs of cleaning soft furnishings may be added as deemed necessary by management. • Pets : Pets are not permitted in the grounds of the property. • Schoolies policy : Crystal Pacific does not accept schoolies reservations. • Early departure : No refunds will be given on early departure and any outstanding balance will be deducted from the credit card provided. • Trading terms : Crystal Pacific reserves the right to release any or all room space if payment terms are not met. • Force majeure : Crystal Pacific will not be in breach of this agreement, or any way liable to any party, if it is prevented from complying with this agreement by reason of act of God, act of public enemy, act of terrorism, war, earthquake, riot, explosion, compliance with any law or government restraint order, rule regulations, strike, lockout or any other cause not reasonably within the control of Crystal Pacific • Privacy policy : Crystal Pacific is subject to the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988. We will generally collect personal information about you directly from you when you deal with us over the telephone or by letter or e-mail. Normally, the type of personal information collected by us will include your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. We may use your personal information for some or all of the following purposes: o To provide marketing information to you about our products and services o To monitor the standard and quality of service we provide to your or other guests. If you do not wish to receive these communications from us, you may unsubscribe. If you choose to send email messages to us that contain confidential, private or personal information, you do so entirely at your own risk. • Governing law : The Law of Queensland governs your use and occupation of the property during this reservation. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Queensland Traveller Accommodation Providers Liability Act This applies to an accommodation providers Liability under Inkeepers liability for loss of guests property.
